A New Catalog Experience is Coming Soon!

A new library catalog experience is coming soon in an upgrade in early March, to bring you a better browsing experience!

The new catalog’s features include search suggestions, spell check, and grouped records to make finding your next read even easier!

All of your current checkouts and holds will carry over to the new system. When you log in to the new catalog, you will sign in with your pre-existing library card number and PIN/password; if you have any difficulty accessing your account, please contact your library for assistance.

Your lists and reading history can be imported from the old catalog once you log in for the first time, but may look different due to the way our content will be displayed in the new catalog. Instructions on how to import your lists after March 4th are below.

Your Lists

To view all of your lists, you can either use the Your Lists browse category, or navigate to Your Account > Your Lists.

To import lists from the Evergreen catalog into Aspen (after March 4th), log in as the creator of those lists, navigate to Your Account > Your Lists > Click Import From Old Catalog. Your lists should appear after a few minutes.

NOTE: Lists may appear to be shorter if they contained the same title in multiple formats, due to how records are displayed in the new catalog. Additionally, if titles have been deleted from the library catalog, they will not appear on your imported list.

For more information about Lists, see our documentation on Browse Categories and Lists.

Reading History

The catalog has the ability to track a user's reading history. To turn on reading history, log in to the catalog with your library card number and PIN/password, and then navigate to Your Account > Reading History.

Select Start Recording My Reading History to enable this feature.

There is a privacy warning and beneath that a button labeled "Start Recording My Reading History".
